Access to government and influence over what is decided in the state and federal legislative process is an essential element of citizenship. When this is denied to us, government ceases to function for the people and we risk the loss of freedom and livelihood. We must find ways to safeguard those freedoms and ensure that we have the resources to live healthy and enjoyable lives.
By coming together and maximizing our impact on the governing process, we strengthen our individual causes, identifying the common denominator that denies us our essential rights: the concentration and abuse of power by entrenched politcal operatives and influential insiders.

OUR STRATEGY
- Represent a variety of issues and causes, but identify the common means by which we can promote what we believe in: building a popular and extensive political base and opposing the monopolization of the legislative process by influential, well-financed special interests.
- Ally ourselves with other groups that share our goals and emphasize direct action within our communities.
- Connect with legislators who share our goals, whether inside or outside the districts where we live to help develop effective legislative initiatives while lobbying legislators who may be reluctant to support our issues.
- Engage in effective educational efforts through forums, canvassing and outreach to local community groups.
